visiting santa barbara

Another unexpected highlight was towards the end of our trip was when we took a few hours to return to some of our old college haunts up in Santa Barbara. It was strange walking through UCSB again and marveling at how so much had changed yet how it was still very much the same. What was unexpected however was the weather. There was a storm rolling (even with more hail and snow) through the town which made for remarkable light and vistas. Spending 2 hours just photographing light was more than I could ever have expected.
